Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager: Collections Legal


Qualification: LLB/ LLM


Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Liaison with court officials/ authorities


2. Candidate should be well - conversant with filing sec 138 cases, sec 156, police complaint, SARFAESI Cases, DRT execution, and arbitration cases for attaching housing properties.


3. Closely monitoring high POS cases on legal front.


4. Monitoring repossessed assets data.


5. Monitoring legal data and sending triggers to the respective legal and collection team member.


6. Month on month legal dashboard presentation to the management & senior level collection team.


7. Legal process and policy updating.


8. Prepare and maintain legal MIS.

Relevant Experience: 2 to 6 years

Designation: Manager/Senior Manager - Collections Strategy and MIS Analytics


Qualification:Any Graduate/ MBA


Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Look after designing processes and policies for collections.


2. Design and roll-out contest and incentive scheme and will also prepare MIS, PPT and Dashboard for Management reviews.


3. Work closely with management to implement collections strategies and technology enhancements.


4.Establish collaborative relationship with cross-functional teams to move collection strategies forward (i.e. Business / Operation / finance / Collections – coordination & issue resolutions).


5. Work towards reducing cost of collection without negatively impacting collection performance.


6. Develop, implement, and analyze collections and overall operational effectiveness.


7. Co-ordination with analytics will work towards identifying High Risk areas and proposing strategy to mitigate the risk. .
